Please note that every product is custom made and unique, created specially for you, at this point time we offer no returns, no exchanges. 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT LOCATION?

No, Aventura Balloons and Flowers is an online flower, balloon and gift shop only and we currently don't have a physical store. 

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

In some cases same-day delivery is possible, if you contact us through our WhatsApp chat, no later than 11 a.m. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently, we accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay and Klarna.
